Return Policy
- NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, OR EXCHANGES. STORE CREDIT ONLY!
- Items (except jewelry) purchased from Lauren Corbett, LLC. are eligible for store credit within 7 DAYS of delivery.
- Return packages must be postmarked no later than 7 days of delivery in order to receive store credit.
- All items must be received back in its original form (unworn, unaltered, and free of stains and odors) and packaging.
- Store credit WILL NOT be issued if items are not received in its original form and packaging.
- Items that do not follow the return conditions will be shipped back to the customer.
- ALL JEWELRY IS FINAL SALE! NO RETURNS!
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
How to Submit a Return Request
- Log in to your account - https://shopify.com/74277978414/account
- In the Email field, enter the email address that you used at the time of purchase, and then click continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from Lauren Corbett and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to shoplaurencorbett.com, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to return.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store (optional).
- Click Request Return.
After the items are returned and approved, you will receive your store credit via email. Please allow 3 to 5 business days after return delivery to receive store credit.
