Return Policy
  • NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, OR EXCHANGES. STORE CREDIT ONLY!
  • Items (except jewelry) purchased from Lauren Corbett, LLC. are eligible for store credit within 7 DAYS of delivery.
  • Return packages must be postmarked no later than 7 days of delivery in order to receive store credit.
  • All items must be received back in its original form (unworn, unaltered, and free of stains and odors) and packaging. 
  • Store credit WILL NOT be issued if items are not received in its original form and packaging.
  • Items that do not follow the return conditions will be shipped back to the customer.
  • ALL JEWELRY IS FINAL SALE! NO RETURNS!
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

How to Submit a Return Request

  1. Log in to your account - https://shopify.com/74277978414/account
  2. In the Email field, enter the email address that you used at the time of purchase, and then click continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from Lauren Corbett and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to shoplaurencorbett.com, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to return.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store (optional).
  8. Click Request Return.

After the items are returned and approved, you will receive your store credit via email. Please allow 3 to 5 business days after return delivery to receive store credit.
